Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their space and requirements
• Ensure safe access to the gardening area for our team
• Follow care instructions provided for plants and garden systems
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Notify us of any issues or concerns promptly

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Consultations: Payment due at time of service
• Design projects: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
• Maintenance services: Monthly billing with net 30 terms
• Workshops: Full payment required at registration

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to weather or circumstances beyond client control.

Limitation of Liability

Urban Garden Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Warranty
